Refund & Cancellation Policy

LemonPeel provides AI software and infrastructure services.

1. Subscriptions & Usage Credits

  • Subscription fees are non-refundable once billed
  • Usage credits, once consumed, are non-refundable

2. Exceptional Refunds

Refunds may be issued only in cases of:

  • Duplicate payments
  • Billing errors directly attributable to LemonPeel

Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days to the original payment method.

3. Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation stops future billing but does not refund prior payments.
